you bled the radiators, so this is a water system not steam. Sounds like you expansion tank is "slugged" or full of water, so there is no place for the water to expand when it warms up. get some water out of the expansion tank

I had the same problem when it would not light by itself I could press the sparker and it would light. I stold the limit switch from another one i was not using and put it in and it has not done it since. I think it was just getting weak.

You have a problem that the installer does not know how to fix so they are just stringing you along hoping that you will give up and find some one else or forget about it..
You need to tell them to
1. fix the boiler correctly
2.take it back out and give you a new one at their expense
3. or tell them you will call another comapny to fix it and will give the bill to them to pay.
You did not get what you have paid for... do not pay them any money to come out and troubleshoot the boiler.
The boiler should work as the instructions say or someone did something wrong...
Sometimes it is best to call the boiler company and talk directly to their Tech. Support people.
