It was suggested to remove the battery. We have removed one battery looks like 3 watch batteries all together in green casing, is there still another battery or is this the only one? Thanks bresam11@bigpond.com

- Never used this site, this is first post. I hit No meaning it did not sort problem out. My apologises, we did remove the batteries but no luck.Is there any back door passwords? Thanks for your time :-)
Remove the laptops battery and disconnect the power supply when you remove the BIOS battery.

- You will have to flash the BIOS to remove a BIOS password. Is that what you are doing? If so you must disconnect all power and laptop batteries, and then remove the CMOS battery for as long as 15 minutes (must be long enough for capacitors to discharge), then replace the battery and try again. Is this exactly what you have already done?
