You can download new drivers from here:
That's a spectacularly old laptop, fyi. The video card manufacturer went out of business a decade ago.

Sure, on EBay. A search by using the terms Fujitsu Lifebook Laptop in that order and should get you the most results. Click here to go to the results page. That I came up with doing just that. Make sure you have a reputable seller and ask them questions of some sort to see if they easily speak with you in a friendly fruitful manner. If they don't I wouldn't buy from them.
Those are great laptops and there are plenty of them in use.
Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

its pretty simple to change the screen on this computer, and you dont really need a service manual (i dont even think you will find one for that)
the way you do it is remove the rubber "dots" around the screen, there should be atleast 4.
when they are out, and you have removed the hidden screws, you can take of the frontbezel around the screen.
when the bezel is off you might need to loosen or remove 1 of the 2 screwes on each side at the bottom hinge.
the screen itself is fastened to the hinge with 2-4 screws on each side of the screen. remove them, take out the flat/wide cable on the backside, and disconnect it from the 5-6cm long printbord.
reverse the process when you put in the new screeen.

This is a very old laptop, when new it was installed with Windows 98.
Not sure if it had a PCMCIA slot on the laptop, but it can be easily identified if you look on the laptop. If it has PCMCIA slots, most likely it would be located on the LHS or RHS of the laptop. The PCMCIA could be a single slot or a double slot and it would be 55mm wide ie 2 3/4 inches wide with an eject button for a single slot and two eject buttons for a double slot.

You need to re-enable it. Hold Fn and hit the F5 or whatever key is appropriately assigned to the touchpad. This should enable it for you.
