That's most likely related to wrong screen configurations.
Right-click on the desktop - "Definitions" or "personalization" and change the resolution to a lower value and apply. If does not work try to change the refresh rate to lower value too (its in the same place were you change resolution)

My lenovo y410 screen keeps shaking

Go to BIOS and check if the screen will shake in there if not try to uninstall and re-install the video driver that you have. If the screen is also shaking in BIOS it means there is something wrong with your video card.

The bottom half of my screen is shaking like a "non" TV channel.... I restarted it, and turned it off and back on again and it continued. The shaking occurs every 2 seconds and is spreading higher now. ...

If you can.. Plug a Desktop Monitor into the Serial Port of the Laptop..You do This To See If It Shows Same Thing Onto A Different Screen.. If It Does, You Are Having Video Issues.. Which Were Most Likely Caused From Overheating Issues..
If It Shows Normal On The External Monitor, Yet Still Does Same THing On The Laptops Screen, Then You Have 1 of 2 Issues... Either You Need To Replace The Display Due To A Faulty Circuit Board On The Backside Of The Screen... Or Your Display Cable Is Loose And Needs To Be Fully Plugged Into It's Port, Or The Display Cable Is Failing..

I have acer 6930g laptop and the screen starts shaking after sometime what could be the issue with it

Permanent Fix for your Aspire 6930 shaking screen problem, .
I had a very bad shaking screen for weeks in a row and it drove me creazy, the solution is quite simple and you can fix it yourself !!
The whole problem is a kinda loose monitor conection inside the Laptop. Because of open and closing the laptop screen the conection comes off.
All you need to do is open the Laptop, disconect the cable and put it firmly back again, problem solved.
If it happens again, repeat this but now also put an plastik tape over the whole cable so that it cannot can come off again.
When needed more info or how to do it, just send me a mail, at NO cost I will send you pictures how to do these things.

Greetings, hendrikuss@yahoo.ca

This is usually an indication that either the screen or the screen inverter is going out.
