1 Answer

I just bought my phone 2 days ago.All my pictures were transfered from my old phone however I dowloaded a ringtone app, didnt like the songs it gave me to choose from and deleted it. I now have that music in my player and lost all my music. All my pictures are GONE!! They were there then just gone! HELP! Can I retrieve them. Were these apps a virus or what ? VERY FRUSTRATED with this phone so far! Im now afraid to download anything new.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: download songs from my PC to my upstage, how can I set them as a Ringtone??

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it wont let you set them as a ringtone. I have the same phone myself. Ive done alot of research about it. theres no way to save them directly to the phone to use as a ringtone. but sprint is offering free ringtones when you use the promo code on your login home page. and if you use the code free08 that gets you a free one also. Good Luck Aland.

How to copy my ringtones from iPhone 6s to iPhone 7 Plus?

When you want to transfer ringtones from old iPhone to new iPhone, you will come up with the sync problem when using iTunes. iTunes provides a "Transfer Purchases" function for the you to transfer purchased items back to iTunes library, but the customized ringtones cannot be transferred back. If you are not sure about how to use the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes, check out the following tutorial.

1. Start iTunes, and go to "Edit > Preference > Devices". Check "Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically".
connect iphone to itunes.
2. Connect your old iPhone to PC via USB cable, then double click on the iTunes icon to launch the iTunes app on your computer if it did not start automatically when your iPhone is connected to computer.
3. Click "File > Device > Transfer Purchases" at the upper corner. Then click "Apply" at the right bottom. iTunes will automatically sync the transferred items to iTunes library, and the purchased ringtones will be transferred back as well.
4. Then disconnect the old iPhone from computer. Connect your new iPhone to iTunes following the step 2. Click on your iPhone, click the "Tones" to open the ringtones tab. Check the box for "Sync Tones" and then check the boxes for the ringtones you want to sync. There are 2 options avaliable, check "All tones" to choose all the ringtone files to sync, or check "Selected tones" to select the specified ringtones that you want to transfer. Finally click "Sync" button in the bottom right corner of iTunes, it will start transferring ringtones from iPhone to iPhone via iTunes. The synced ringtone files will appear on your iPhone as a ringtone automatically.

If you want transfer customized ringtones between 2 iPhones, you may need a 3rd party tool on your computer. Feel free to read the following tutorial for details.

Have apple 4s have dowloaded song from itunes on it but cannot get it to be a contact ringtone

was it a regular mp3 or was it downloaded as a ringtone? If it is just a regular mp3 there are apps you can download to make it a ringtone on your phone. One such app is "MP3 2 Ringtone Free".Tthis is a free app and was pretty user friendly. I have also pasted a link on another method on how to do this via itunes http://www.techhive.com/article/156234/Turn_Any_MP3_into_an_iPhone_Ringtone.html Enjoy

I want to download an app to download songs and ringtones

Method 1:
Transfer the song(s) you want to set as ringtones onto the microSD card either by connecting to pc via USB or using an SD adapter. Next, Tap on the Music Player, open the music list, press the menu button and select PLAY ALL, this will scan your SD card for music/audio files. Once all your songs have been added to the list, select the song you want to set as ringtone and click MENU key, choose SET AS RINGTONE and that will take you to the RIngtone Trimmer, make the ringtone 30 seconds or less, select Trim and you're done.

Method 2:

Root your HTC Hero, create a directory in your C: drive and name it HeroRIngtones, HTC, or whatever and put there all the ringtones you want to be added (30 seconds or less), then open Command Prompt; make sure your device is connected and already visible. Run the following command "adb push directoryname/myringtone.mp3 /system/media/audio/ringtones" and press enter. Do same procedure for all the audio files you want to set as ringtones.

Method 2 is not available for non-root users.

How can i download a free ringtones from the computer using a blue tooth. when my cellphone is panasonicX700

First, you should have a program on your computer that you are giong to use for downloading music. You may install LimeWire for PCs or FrostWire for Mac.

Those programs will allow you to search and download songs. You have to save the downloaded songs into a folder.

Now, in order for you to transfer those songs from the computer to the phone via Bluetooth, your computer should be Bluetooth enabled also.

1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Pair up the phone with the computer via Bluetooth.
3. The computer will recognized the phone.
4. Select the song, right-click on it and then select Send
5. Select via Bluetooth and select your phone.

It should transfer after doing those steps.

Good luck and have a great day!

Can't transfer music

I bought a W300i also, a barebones dealers unit. I am building it custom to my specs. The Disc2Phone software is available as a free download from Sony at the following link: http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=us&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_3_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&esi=true&fid=10397&pid=10179 It has a variety of tools you may find useful. FYI: The Sony support documents and website indicate the phone will only support MicroSD cards up to 512MB. However, users report using up to 2GB cards with no problem. (If you want to store lots of music & photos.) Cheers. BJ
