Make sure your network is running and that your set is receiving a good strong signal. Then go to your set menu and use the network menu to set up seet to tv - follow the prompts . If no result, contact mfg to guide you through the exercise. If set is bogus return for another one.

That can be problematic if that happened. You'll need to obtain a service /repair manual from Seiki's website to find out how to put the TV in the service mode in order to flash the firmware again

The Closed Caption function is set in the "text" mode. To remove it, access Closed Caption in the Main Menu and change the Mode setting from "text" to "off".

  • Seiki is very good with problems if you purchase your TV less then a year ago call them and they will take tv back and fix it no charge and they won't charge shipping either Good luck Joe

I doubt this is a user fix. There is a problem in a mother board .
I would run to the warranty and try to replace it.
