Question about NTI Backup Now EZ
Won't back up my files. I've been using NTI back up EZ for several months now. But I've been trying to do a file backup and I keep getting this message "Backup Now EZ Module has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." This is the error signature in the error report: EventType : BEX P1 : BackupNowEZSvr.exe P2 : 18.104.22.168 P3 : 4e7bf0fe P4 : NativeBackup.dll P5 : 22.214.171.124 P6 : 4e95551c P7 : 00005f2b P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000 I've tried restarting my computer and uninstalling and then re-installing the NTI software. Nothing has worked.

when it is not compatible with the configuration of the computer,how can windows 7 be installed! you can reinstall the OS but only try xp if it is not compatible!
