Which phone model are you using? If it's a sliding or flip phone, you need to replace either the 'flex display cable' connecting motherboard to the LCD or the LCD itself. Otherwise if its a chocolate bar kind of phone, you need to replace the LCD. Also do a physical visual check and perhaps use a bit of medicinal spirit to clean on the motherboard where the flex or LCD clips on.

  1. Open the Right door.
  2. Open the two screws Marked as 1and 4.
  3. Open Last One screw Left side a hole in Display.
  4. Remove the connector with safety.
  5. Open the 4 Screws back side of the display.

Check this TSB...
Set Condition: This code is set if the voltage detected on the 3-4 Shift Solenoid Control
Circuit at the PCM is difference than the expected voltage.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
FUSED B(+) FEED TO TRANS CONTROL RELAY OPEN
TRANS CONTROL RELAY
3-4 SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN
3-4 SOLENOID WIRING HARNESS INTERMITTENT

Push OD Switch 4 times such that Vehicle attempts to shift from 3rd to 4th and back.

My nokia 6300 just changed. the dispay writing is now upside down and in reverse. what is the prob and how do i get it back. i have tried restoring factory settings but no success.

You mean that it is showing you a Mirror look if like that then please refit the display. to refit your Display use the T6 screw driver to open your mobile there are 6 screw's first 2 screw's are below or back cover then other 4 screw's in front side of mobile remove the front penal then there you will get thous 4 screw's remove all 4 screw's take out the mother board after doing this remove the display shield it is metal shield remove the display with its display connector that is placed behind the Bord agen there you'll find the metal cover remove that then unplug the display with display connector and refit that on same place then refit all the things which you have removed then start then mobile it will get solved is not then you should it ones agen if your not a mobile technician then please dont try to do this.

If your not a Mobile Technician the Please Visit your nearest Nokia Service Center (Nokia Care) or Visit any Mobile Repair Center they will Doit in proper method.

Error code E-1F5- came up on self cleaning oven before cycle was done what does this mean door wont open


F5 - E1 Self clean latch will not lock
1. If door latched:
  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to door switch, then from door switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to step C.
  3. Replace door switch.
  4. Re-apply power.
  5. Press and hold any key down for 1 minute to clear F5 failure code from memory. F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.
2. If door not latched:
  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to latch switch, then from latch switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to step C.
  3. Repeat steps A and B for door switch.
3. Measure door switch (door open = switch open small low voltage terminals). Replace switch if defective.
4. Measure latch switch (unlatch = switch open, CAUTION - oven light contacts are closed). Replace switch if defective.
5. If corrections are made in any step, reconnect power to control. Press and hold any key for 1 minute to clear R failure code from memory. F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.
6. If failure remains, disconnect power and replace control.

Note: Applies to all F5-E... codes.

It is a locked motor error. One of the following is causing the problem but you may need the help of a qualified appliance technician:
  1. The connector (3-pin, male, white) in the motor harness is not connected to the connector (3-pin, female, white) of the stator assembly. Connect them properly.
  2. The electrical contacts between the connectors (3-pin, male, white) in the motor harness and 4-pin, female, white connector in the main board assembly is bad or unstable. Clean the connectors and connect them properly.
  3. The motor harness between the stator assembly and main board assembly is cut or open. Reconnect or rewire.
  4. Motor winding is defective. Check the resistance between the terminals of the stator. Resistance should be between 5 to 10 ohms, else replace the stator.
  5. The hall sensor is out of order/defective. It is located at the stator assembly. If the hall sensor is out of order, it cannot detect magnetic field and the main board sees it as the rotor is locked then displaying the error code. Replace it if no evidence of defect is found above.

Hi,

The scanner does self-diagnostic when receiving Read Command (to start scanning) and displays the result if any error or alarm is detected.

Error code-E3 in Fi-4120c2 scanner means "Light intensity check" . When this error is displayed on the scanner panel, TWAIN displays the following error-

" Irregular status is detected in scanner. If this status recurs after power cycling, please give following Sense key and ASC code to your service provider.
If ASC code is the following, please confirm following status before power cycling’
- When ASC=0x580, confirm if the shipping lock (if any) is set at “Release” position.
- When ASC=0x680, clean the sheet guide (white part) in ADF.
(Error Code DS42001)

E3 explains Optical alarm (back). This alarm occurs if the gain adjustment of the CCD amplifier does not succeed at a READ command for the first document, or during scanning.

Probable causes:
- The lamp, the optical system or white sheet guide is dirty.
- Defective lamp or CCD.
- Connector disconnected

To check and resolve the issue, lease follow the steps provided below:

1. Is sheet guide (white part) in the reading position dirty?
#Open the ADF and clean the sheet guide (white part) and the glass.
2. Is the lamp ON?
3. Are the cables damaged?
4. Are the connectors connected correctly?
#Disconnect SCSI cable and turn the scanner ON. Open the ADF and press Cover open sensor to see if the lamp lights. If not, the error is caused by the defective lamp.
5. Is the optical unit dirty?
6. Are the cables damaged?
7. Are the connectors connected correctly?
# Check and Clean (ADF back):
# Check if inside of the grass for Upper unit ASSY is dirty. Clean inside of the glass of the dust cover.
9. If the issue still persists, then you may have to replace Optical unit.

Maybe it the connector inside is loose, you might try to open the case (a 5 euro triblade / triwing screwdriver is needed) and see if any of the connectors is loose, before sending it for a 160 euro repair.
