Why is tank wobbly upon install on kohler archer toilet?

The tank mounting bolts could be loose or the tank could be incorrectly seated. Be careful not to tighten the bolts too much and crack the tank.

Leaking on the floor

I would start at the tube coming off of the fill valve. it often works its way out of the center stand pipe inside the tank. if not i would check the tank to bowl bolts and the gasket in between the tank to bowl.

Water leaking from around the base of the flush valve. I purchased a new gasket but cannot remove the jamb nut. The wrench seems to deform the plastic and the whole assembly turns rather than the nut. Any...

Use a gripping pair of pliers but still be gentle hold the assembly and then try to turn it make sure you are not turning it the wrong way in plumbing somethings turn the opposite direction than normal when tighting and loosening

The plumber can not figure out how to snake out the tub. He says that he can't take of the metal piece over the air gap

Drill out the screw, remove the strainer and then retap to the next size larger stainless or brass screw.

Archer tank always running. don't know how to fix

If there is always water running into the toilet bowl, replace the tank ball. That's the stopper at the bottom. If you can lift the float and stop the water, either replace the sealing diaphram at the top of the ballcock (float valve) or replace the whole unit. Some are not repairabe.

You should ask a lawyer for advice on who should fix it, but there are kits available to patch chips like those. You apply it as a liquid and then wet sand it. They are fairly easy to apply, and inexpensive.
