plug in your iPod touch then close itune and hold the power and home button until the logo (apple)
appears the let go of the power button but keep holding onto the home button until an itune sign appear then push restore on you itunes...........

Video

If you plug in a pci video card, sometimes the bios, not Windows disables the card on board.
If the onboard video is not being disabled from bios, then you will be able to use either one or the other video cards, no need to disable it manually.
If your system takes both cards and you want to disable one, then go to system properies/hardware/device manager and disable the unwanted video card from device list by ticking disable on device profile.
