Hello,

This is a house furnace with ducts?
If so if the pilot light on?
Do the burners light?
Do you hear a clicking?
There is a reset button on the top usually between two screws.
On mine the ignition solenoid went out, had to order online. This is the thing that clicks. If it clicks for a while but the burners do not light that is the problem. Mine would click for five minutes before lighting the burners.
I hope this helps.

Carrier furnace model 58mca not working, not blowing, not humming, nothing.

Have you turned all power off to the furnace? Leave it off for 30 minutes, then turn power( breaker preferably) back on and see if it will come on. Probably not,but has worked for me.
Check for power coming into the furnace. Some have a fuse or breaker where power goes into furnace. don-ohio (:^)

My coleman evcon furnace just hums when i turn it on it doesnt engage the blower or fan thing it a quiet hum... Ready to call for repair but i wondered if there was something i could try..would like h

The hum could just be the control transformer, but that's usually a very light and barely perceptible hum. If its a louder hum, and it stops after a few minutes, the hum could be the blower motor refusing to start for any number of reasons, then cycling on its internal winding thermostat.

I'd call a service tech.

Rheem classic 80 fan motor on furnace hums will not turn on

Have you checked the capacitor? Try spinning the blower wheel by hand, if this gets the motor going you have a bad capacitor. If not, the motor will need to be replaced.

Have a aprilair 550 for some time. Installed a new Lennox G61MP furnace and the technitions failed to reconnect the wiring that powers the humidifier. Need wiring schematic. Does humidifier transformer get...

Hello, yes the transformer will get a 120 volts from the Furnaces control board, there should be a terminal labeled HUM on the control board. You need to bring 2 wires one from HUM and one from a nuetral tap on the board to the line side of the transformer, this way every time the blower motor on the Furnace turns on the humidifier will aswell.

My coleman evcon fan motor does not come on. I put the thermostat to on so the fan would run but it will not come on. The rest of the furnace runs properly.

Did you check to see if you have power or fuse blown? If it is a furnace/ air handler and you are comfortable with electricity. Turn
Power off, remove blower door. Find where thermostat wires come into the control board and remove them. If you can find a jumper wire or aligator clips, hook them between R and G. Put blower
door back on and turn on power,

Fan should come on right away, if it does you might have a thermostat problem. If nothing happens but you can hear it hum
or hear nothing at all. Then more than likely the capacitor is bad and or the motor is bad.
