Why do you want to download PC Cleaner, is the question?
I'd sooner stick needles in my eye.
1) Remove all programs you do not use, Except Windows programs.
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
2) Remove personal documents you can live without.
Photos, music, videos, and personal documents you have created, or downloaded.
3) Download and use CCleaner.
It's a registry cleaner that is free
The free version works as well as paid for registry cleaners, and better than some.
Every time you delete a program, or application; fragmented files are left behind.
When you visit a website, cookies are attached.
These are just some of the tidbits left behind.
Get rid of the junk
They take up ROOM...........
When a Harddrive is 50 percent full, you start noticing the computer slowing down.
As the harddrive reaches 70 percent full, you Really notice it.
Remember how fast the computer was when you first got it?
Didn't have all that junk on it.
I can guide you in using downloading, installing, and using CCleaner. I use it daily.
It's easy. Click on two buttons while in Cleaner mode.
(Analyze/Run Cleaner)
Click on two buttons in the Registry mode.
(Scan for Issues/ Fix Selected Issues)
Lastly defrag your harddrive

The top one, and the third one down is the one's you use.
Others are for more advanced settings, and I can guide you there, also.
Do not recommend using advanced settings, unless you are an advanced user; and respectively, you are not.
(Or you would know about PC Cleaner)
