The lights may be related to each other or their problem might be isolated.

For the red lamp light, it is not necessarily a faulty bulb but an error which may affect the bulb. It could be because an error detected. The fan's temperature may be increasing due to a faulty fan. Try cleaning the fan located in the lamp assembly. The fan may also need replacing. Another cause could be the power supply sending high voltages which may damage the bulb. At this instance it is possible that the lamp may be damaged by the heat or the increase voltage.

For the blue light, press the following on the TV itself;

hod 'menu' + 'vol (-)'
power then release
after 5 sec release 'menu' + 'vol (-)'

The TV will turn on otherwise unplug TV and press 'power'. Repeat if this does not work.

Our jvc tv made a popping sound and now has no picture. It also buzzes 3 times and the red and blue lights flash fast on front.

Something went bye bye. Check out your power supply for bad, burned components and/or blown caps - the latter often explode in their death throes.

I replaced my bulb and it work for an hour and scattered please hepl

It could have been a inferior lamp brand if it was a generic lamp. It could also be the ballast having an issue which is stressing the lamp.

No sound or picture on jvc 52fa97

If lamp is bad set will detect that (or other issues) and kill all functions=not unusual to have no sound if lamp is bad.

I have dish network and when i turn on tv it says D22-1 CH-1. how do i go back to non digital cable settings. Thanks

Most likely you are going to need to get the TV set on an input source because you are using HD cabling. Look on the TV there should be an input or source button press this button twice to cycle inputs pause on each input for a few seconds and the picture should come up. If you need further assistance just reply!

Audio problems

The thought is that the audio amplifiers have gone bad. Hopefully the Tv's still under warranty. If it's not it probably not a huge repair cost to have it repaired.

JVC HD52FA97 PC input won't fill screen.

Check your manual to see what it says about picture aspect for PC input.  My Panasonic looks the same way that you describe and the manual says it is supposed to look that way for PC input.

JVC HD-61Z786 Projection TV: Problem: There is a light/dim spot on the tv screen. Thinking it was the lamp, I replaced the lamp and the light/dim spot is still there. Any ideas on the problem?

There is either dust on the lens or there is a problem deep within the light engine. This is a some-what common problem with these sets. The light engine is very expensive; not economical to repair.
