2007 dodge caravan has no box around p or n and will not turn over this is what I have done so far new battery, new starter, new alternator, new relays, new ignition starter switch, new transmission

Pcm should be getting a ground signal fron the range sensor on pin 21. If not, try shorting that pin to ground. You can also interrogate the start relay using a volt/ohmmeter to see if all the right voltages are getting there.

What are the probable causes of DTC P0715?

P0715 Mitsubishi Input Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Input/Turbine Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction - Wiring problem ! Check for 5 volts on the white an violet wire at the input speed sensor . Check for b+ voltage on the black / with white stripe . The last wire is low reference (ground inside the PCM ) Then check continuity Of same wires from PCM connector B-21, Pins 111 -white with violet stripe ,pin 113 brown . Check for open between PCM an the input speed sensor

Problen on BDI 21 pedal all OK run normally with battery, but if plug ac adapter is death ? any sugestion?

The adpater should be a 9 volt DC with at least 50 ma capability. The center pin of the connector is the negative. The connector needs to be a 2mm size. Please note that some adapters have a center hole too large and fail to contact.:

Fan doesn't when 6pin cable between power supply and PA, is plugged in, however fan works when disconnected from PA board

The fan control receives two signals from the HCA2400 power amp module. Pin 4 is labelled POS+ and pin 5 is labelled POS-.
These two interact with T14,T15,T16,T17, and finally T7 which gates a -21 volt power to the fan.
From the schematic, it appears that if POS- is more positive than about 20 vollts negative the fan will be held off. It appears that the POS+ signal controls the speed and as it goes more positive, this would DECREASE the speed. Pots VR2 and VR3 are used to set these thresholds and I do not have setup instructions for those... I would be very careful about adjusting them without the procedure. . HOWEVER, first thing is to verify that you have -21 volts DC on pin 2 of the fan connector. With the HCA2400 disconnected, the POS- will drift to -21 volts and POS+ should drift to somewhere around -6 to -8 volts judging from the schematic.
Trying to trace these two signals on the HCA2400 is very difficult and the schematic does not show where they go... I did find that pin 5 does go to one of the thermistors on the heat sink labeled R2 and one side of R1 goes to pin 3 which is -12 volts by tracing an HCA2400 I have open. Pin 4 seems to go to the other side of R2 so then the R2 thermistor connects between POS+ and POS-.
The room temp (71F) resistance of R2 seems to be about 112 ohms and rises with increasing temp. It appears that R1 is involved with a signal sent to the power supply called OFF which probably shuts down the supply if the HCA2400 gets too hot... so R1 thermistor on the HCA2400 would have nothing to do with the fan... I can;t verify that R2 does more than connect to pins 4 and 5 of the connector... there may be biasing resistors on the HCA2400... I would find it odd that VR2 and VR3 would both be connected in series effectively with R2 thermistor... so I suspect there are additional biasing on the HCA2400 that one of the tweek pots conrols the ability to run and the other controls the speed above that... Please note that the resistance measurements of R2 are made on an HCA2400 that a hacker all but destroyed...

Check for these power supplies on the Sub deflection board first on the right side of the board there are two Connectors one is a 12 Pin connector CN803 From the top of the connector the wires should read;
30V
Gnd
Gnd
-30V
8.5 V
8.5 V
Gnd
Gnd
-8.5 V
Gnd
Gnd
13.5V
Next is the connector below that one which is a 10 pin connector CN802 they should read
11.7V
11.7V
N.C
Gnd
CTL
Gnd
34V
34V
Gnd
Gnd
Next is a 14 pin connector on the top left side of the board CN801 those should read
34V
34V
Gnd
Gnd
-8.5V
Gnd
8,5V
8.5V
Gnd
13.5
NC
12.5
12.5
Check those supplies and see if they are correct or if any are missing

PIN 2 (black) Ground
PIN 3 (blue) NMEA out Shows this goes to Autopilot/NMEA devise and to RXD positive RXD negative goes to ground (black)
PIN 4 (brown) NMEA in Goes to GBR 21 Beacon Receiver to a blue wire, brown wire on thaat devise goes to PIN 3 and the negative goes to ground
PIN 5 (white) no connection
PIN 6 (Green) no connection
PIN 7 (yellow) goes to alarm low Shows going to negative terminal on alarm relay and positive terminal goes to PIN 1 (red)
