I suppose it is possible, but is it worth it for what looks like a desk calculator?

Screen

Try a mild soapy warm water solution (not too much) - if the black dots appear to be being caused by the display screen, some pixels may be faulty which would require servicing of the camera or possible display replacement

When I turn on the calculator, I get a screen full of random black pixels. The AAA's and the lithium batteries are both good. Nothing I do will change the screen, except turning the calculator off.

Try to reboot your calculator to see if it helps by doing this:
*Remove one of the AAA batteries. Press and hold the [CLEAR] key. While holding [CLEAR], reinsert the AAA battery and then turn the calculator on. The calculator should display the message "RAM Cleared". Release the [CLEAR] key and then press it one more time to remove the message. *
Let me know if it helps or not.

Dead Pixels

Not much you can do about that, sorry. You could try to replace the screen but I would not suggest this without lots of electronic knowledge.

Red pixels on the Srceen

Dead or stuck pixels are not uncommon in LCD displays, and the less you pay, the more likely it is to happen (as a general rule) Most manufacturers will a dead pixel warranty, ranging from 7 days to lifetime.

Read your warranty carefully, and speak to the place where you bought your display.

I hope that helps, if you have any further problems, please add them ass comments to this question. If I have been able to answer your question (or not) please click on one of the ratings buttons to let everyone know how I did.
Thanks for your feedback, and good luck.

e0df163.jpg does it look something like the example I gave? Anyways, I don't think that it can be fixed. and you can either:
A.) have the screen fixed (approx. $100)
B.) buy a new calculator (approx. $85)
( the monetary figures are approxamate and should not be taken literally, the $85 is at least what I last saw one for @ a Wal-Mart)
