clean the coil behind the fridge or under the fridge (where ever they are) and make sure both fans are running, the one in the freezer and the one underneath freezer needs to be 0 degree F to start ice maker

Your model has an electronic ice maker part number Click Here=> WR30X10093 When the electronic ice maker fails you usually need to replace the complete ice maker. You can test the ice maker by filling the tray with tap water. If the water freezes aand then drops the ice then the water control on the back of your refrigerator is the reason. You cannot - this is a design issue that really cannot be fixed since the arm that senses the ice level cannot get caught up in the bucket or it would break every time you opened the freezer. Any fridge brand of this type has the same issue.
