When I receive a call my phone gets switched off automatically. I tried formatting my phone by pressing *3 and call button but still the problem is same. I tried pressing *#7370# and when it ask to input security code it says code error even if I enter the default code. I tried changing code but code is not changing. Please help me.

try to format using this code first turn off phone>remove sim and mmc>then press both of thish button >* >3 > calling button >on off switch when phone format it ask country select menu u can select ur country and go on......if ur fault solve don't 4get me thanx
JUST PRESS KEYS *,3 ,call ..While pressing, turn on the power swicth until formating appears on the screen. Then just follow for further instructions.. Thank you much! You can send me email for further results at [email protected]
*#7370# is to format ur cell az many time as ur want. but if u want to format before powering on the cell then... press three buttons *, 3, call receiving button, then power on the cell. Dont leave the three buttons until formatting displayed in the cell screen. thank you
You may have subscribed to Smart M:Panel or similar. If you did it might be a long time ago and you've forgotten. They take details of how you use your phone, via a txt msg. You don't get charged for it, and the info is for research, not for malice. join one you get paid for it.

or switch off, then press *, 3 and call button while switch on the phone keep pressing until you see the word formatting... if not, keep trying, it might not working for the first time due to pre releasing the buttons..
