I just bought a p 168 cect cell phone and I am having some trouble getting it to sync w mY computer i can get the files i want onto my phone but then i am unable to open them in any way. PLEASE HELP!!!

The music needs to be in mp3 format - and under the mp3 category on the phone. I had to convert my songs. They were in a wma format. You can use win amp or some program like that to convert them - It takes time to do that - but you can set it up to convert and forget about it. Then reload the songs onto the phone. I converted about 100 songs and it took almost 8 hours.
