New email with bt internet on I pad

If I understand correctly, you have an email account with btinternet. You say you haven't been able to access your inbox since 12th of July and posted this on the 13th. I don't think that 1 day is really enough time to start asking for solutions. It might just be a case of one of BT's servers going down. And if you want to find out why there's a problem and how to remedy the situation you should contact the people providing you with the service. BT.

Set your volume louder in
Apple menu
System Preferences
Output Volume is at the bottom.

My e-mail address is, and when I type in my e-mail password my e-mail inbox does not open

it sounds like you are BT customer. if you want to use their email (don't, instead, open up a Gmail account and route your things there but:) then BT can help you with the email client settings. if you can log on here then your account is okay. the Mac Mail is an email client, it needs to be set to log onto BT Mail. For that BT has to authorize the access, so they have the instructions how to set up mail. Likely, that you need to create an Account, similar to Yahoo that has a port number and secure logon setting. Likely, they send this page to you:
Anyway, not a Mac problem...

Bt don't recignise my email and password

You need to provide more details, specifically:
1) What Mac do you have (Macbook? Macbook Pro? What year?)
2) What version of OS X is on your Mac?
3) What application are you using to check your mail? (Mac Mail? logging into a web page and checking mail in your browser?
AND most importantly:
4) What does "Bt" stand for?

I do not like the new BT arrangement to access my emails. I want to reverse the BT page to BT Yahoo because it was much quick.

You cannot reverse the BT page back to Yahoo. Back in May, BT announced it would no longer make Yahoo Mail the default mail client for it's 6 million customers due to concerns their accounts were vulnerable to getting hacked.

Yahoo has since fixed many of the issues that concerned BT and if you prefer Yahoo Mail you can always visit and set up your own account for free, although you would also have a new email address.

If you did create a new account you can always automatically forward the emails from the BT account to your shiny new Yahoo account.

Hope that helps!

Hi Mike Are you in London by any chance? I've seen similar problems today with BT, going to any page (not just Yahoo) has been taking 2 or 3 minutes per page.
I think the problem is theirs and they are just waffling.

Art *** does not pair with my Mac

Is this device Mac compatible? It doesn't sound like it is. Maybe go to Apple or Mfgs. website and see if drivers are available for Mac. If not, the thing will probably never work with a Mac. I always make sure hardware is Mac compatible before I buy.
