Hi have you changed your coffee or your grind recently?
if the grind is to fine then the flow will be reduced or stops altogether.
has the machine had a de-scale recently ?
If it needs a clean this could block up the machine.

Testimonial: "No I'm using the same grind + coffee as previous. I descaled and cleaned it properly yesterday and tried different "grind options" but still it is very slow and it sounds like the machine is struggling to produce the coffee. It went in for a service about 4 months ago and it only produces like 4 cups a day. Just all of a sudden it is not working like it used to do.."

Hi there... have had this problem. sounds like you have minerals deposit problem. Put vinegar in water tank, then start machine to let all vinegar come out , it should clean it well. then do over again with water so next coffee doesn't taste like vinegar .If by the time the vinegar pasted through and water doesn't come out faster , it must be another problem. Hope this helps.

Try putting vinegar in the water reservoir and run the cycle a few times.

Hot water will not come down thru coffee

Your pour over coffee brewer has a reservoir that holds more than a pot of water. First thing you need to do is turn off the machine. Then put the empty coffee pot on the burner. Then take another container and fill it with fresh cold water and pour it slowly into the coffee maker until it starts to come out into the coffee pot. Stop pouring in water.

Now turn the machine on and let it heat up. Now you can brew normally. The reservoir has to be filled before you turn it on or you will end up eventually burning up the heating element.

Water comes out slowly & not enough pressure. Have cleaned proper

Try removing the shower screen to see if it is covered in coffee oils, if it is then hold it over an open flame to burn out the coffee, then backwash the machine with espresso machine soap.
