Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Display dies, although phone still functional

My razr V3 dropped from an astonishing 40cm to the floor, after that both screens stopped working. I opened the screen by removing the four tiny screws in each corner (t5 screwdriver which I didn't have but the smallest of my miniature screwdriver set just fitted), and popping it up carefully. There a two flatcables, one with a silvery color and a connector with a black piece of foam on it. I think it's the screen signal carrying cable. I removed it and put it back in place, pushing it firmly. After that the screens worked again. 10 minutes of work and a great deal of satisfaction. Further, the phone stinks. regards, El Rudo

SOURCE: Battery Charge Light not working & can't display battery info

This sounds similar to a problem I had. I brought the camera in under warranty and the repair shop fixed it. They shop text is cryptic.
Problem: Camera light keeps flashing, not charge
Solution: Troubleshoot to intermittent switch block control, replace with new one, test OK.

Solved own problem. Bad conection between pcb and battery contact pins. Reheat each battery pin on the pcb carefully until solder reflow occurs then remove heat. PDA now repaired

Is it Aiptek T20 compatible to my windows 8??

Hi
Probably not the news you were looking for but the manual only goes as far Win7 with no mention of Win8, and the latest driver on the manufacturer's site is also Win7.
A quick trawl of the web has shown others with the same problem, and the only clams to Win8 drivers are from those sites that download a "driver manager" and scan your computer for all drivers and tries to update them all. I have always been suspicious of this type of programme as the only ones I have tried have been riddled with Adware.
Since they stopped the T20 manufacture over 2 years ago, it may be that they never got round to doing a Win8 driver for it.
Another guy who seems to be trying to get round the problem has posted details here:
Getting an old USB device projector to work through VM
which you may be interested in looking at. The whole site is also a problem solving site, so a search there as well might be useful.
Sorry I couldn't help further
Cheers

BROOKSTONE HDMI PROJECTOR 801143 DOES NOT CHARGE

The Brookstone manual claims it will fully charge after 3-5 hours, but it takes much longer then that. Mine does not indicate green light, but it seems it stops blinking red when its fully charged. After that it run on power directly from the ac-adapter.

If you keep it connected to the AC-adapter after it have stopped blinking red (do not disconnect it at all), it will start to run on the adapter and will not turn off. You will feel the AC-adapter gets hot while its running, something it does not while regular charging.

If it still dont stop blinking red after having it connected to power for 3 days, your AC-adapter is probably faulty. This happened to me, and after allot of research I found this replacement from a US seller on ebay (only five dollars included shipping).

Good luck with your projector. It a really cool little thing, but it has some design flaws.

Best regards.

I had the same problem on my Aiptek PocketCinema 10 projector and discovered that you could reset it back to original display by turning the projector back on whilst holding down both the ON button and OK button at the same time. I hope this is helpfull.

You need to set up your video card to output and mirror your monitor to the projector. On Windows 7 hit the Windows Key + P and select duplicate.

Projector with a flashdrive

Adapt projectors can do that, they are little nice jewels that can play multimedia files from USB stick or cameras with good professional quality.

You can find it at retail price of about $300.

Here the projector: Aiptek PJV11X PocketCinema V10 Portable

I will be grateful if you can rate my solution according.

Many thanks.
