Front speakers do not work

I have a JVC KD S590 and the front speakers in my Dodge Ram no longer work. After months of not working one morning I heard them for a second or two and it sounded like a loose connection becuase of the static. I removed the dash, all wire connections are solid, I removed the drivers side door panel and the wires and connections are good there as well. I am running out of ideas. Thanks, Bob Dallas, Ga

I get into doing that and I might as well buy a new stereo. I have no clue where to begin to look or replace one if it is bad. But that helped to narrow the search for the problem and I appreciate it. I guess I'll start looking for another unit.

    Thank you,

Just got a used boat with a JVC KD S590 stereo and a JVC KS AX302 amp. The stereo works fine with the in boat speakers but the tower speakers do not work, I checked them both on another system and they...

take a digital volt meter and check the power cable and ground on the amp to see if you are getting any power . should read 12.5 or more if no power then check fuses and the ground connection

if you have power then replace the equipment that not working

I would like to know how to hear the sound on my rear speakers how do I do do this I have a KD-A605/KD-R600 model by JVC

To switch from front to rear speakers you need to look for FADER option. It would be under main SOUND menu. That will of course work if you got rear speakers hooked up.

My JVC KD-S590 was working until I drove over a somewhat bumpy road, and now I cant get any sound from my speakers.

The problem sounds to be either the laser has gone out of alignment or there is a dry solder joint on the output connections to your speakers on your ISO lead more than likely on the earth cable if it is all the speakers that are not working.
