I need more info than just the outdoor unit number. The air handler will be a specific number. If you pull the access panel off the heater, there will be a faceplate inside with the unit name and model number as well as a schematic on the back side of the door.
is it a gas furnace? have you checked your filters? when the blower runs continuosly apon start up most of the time it is a limit tripped. Goodman puts 2 manual reset on the side of the blower motor hard to get at , but 1 may be tripped, i have been on 7 service calls and all the same problem filter plugged and limit tripped.
These guys list the actual sizes of a good selection of goodman filters - just measure the old one or the space where it should be and match it to the right filter(should be a fairly tight fit).
and this site describes what the different filter types available are
Hope this helps :)
MOST ALL GOODMAN ( UP TO 3 TONS)INTERNAL FILTERS ARE 22" x 22" X 1". YOU CAN GET THEM ON LINE AT www.filtera.com.
ALWAYS TAKE A TAPE RULE AND OPEN THE BOTTOM FILTER DOOR AND MEASURE THE FILTER RACK.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE A RETURN-AIR FILTER-GRILLE. LARGE WHOLE -HOUSE RETURN AIR VENT NEAR OR AT YOUR FURNACE, A/C AIR HANDLELER.
