Question about Cameras
Lost disk and manual and cannot get camera to work. Need information on manual and driver.
I've been trying to get mine to work on vista also. Actually trying to get this stupid little camera to work has caused me days of grief. When I restarted my computer after loading a driver for a chameleon Mega I got a black screen of death that i'm still trying to fix weeks later. BSOD, basically a black screen with a movable mouse cursor. You can't boot into safemode, running repair from the CD didn't work and none of the solutions i found on the web (fixmbr, fixboot, deleting the pagefile, ....) worked either. I did a fresh install on a different hard drive (yeah, i'm still working on it). Solutions: I suggest you invest in a webcam that comes with a vista driver. But if you are feeling bold, daring and unafraid; you can find some drivers at the following link. http://software.filefactory.com/Publishers/LARGAN.html Don't know if any will work so use at your own risk. Good luck.

Check the manufacturers website for the manual and downloadable drivers for Vista you need. Click this:- www.google.com then type the [manufacturers name] and 'support' then click the most likely result after looking though all the results. Remember you are looking for the web site of the maker of the camera and NOT a supplier or reviewer of your model. When you are confident you are on the manufacturers web site then look for support and try to find the information for your device. This is meant as a generic solution to 'camera manual and driver support' questions and should be rated 'Thanks for trying' or better. There is no information on the model and no useful information regarding camera functionality problem solving. Regards

1. You did not mention which camera. 2. You do not need any software to make the camera work. 3. You do not need any software to upload images in a ME/2000/XP/Vista computer Windows can do all that by its self. What is your problem exactly?
