Question about Sony Handycam CCD-TRV208E Camcorder
I am having a problem when I turn on my vide o camera- plugged in or not that I get a c31:23 error message with an eject sign on the camera. This is the only problem code not listed in my information book and I don't know what it means. I have tried a different battery, letting the camera charge with no tape in the machine (thinking it was overheated) and nothing is helping. Any ideas?
I read in a forum somewhere that ppl were having the same issue and their solution was a solid smack on all four sides and everyone who tried it reported success.
