How do i remove bookmarks

I tried this first on a new unnamed folder to make sure it worked first. I am using a Mac, and hope this will help you. I went to my "Bookmarks" - "Show All Bookmarks" and simply clicked on the folder I wanted to delete, went to "Edit" and simply hit the delete key. If there are only individual bookmarks in a particular folder, open the folder, click on the bookmark you want to delete, then follow the same steps above. You can delete each bookmark or an entire folder. Hope this helps.

How to restore deleted bookmark folder

If you just deleted it, you can go to your menu bar under "Edit" and "Undo Delete". If you deleted it sometime in the past, I'm afraid it's lost.

How to restore my deleted mails

If your deleted emails are still in your "Trash" folder ... you can view the contents of the "Trash" folder, select the emails you wish to restore, and "move" them to your "Inbox" folder.
If you have already emptied your "Trash" folder ... then it's not going to be possible to restore the emails that have been deleted.
You can try to contact Yahoo (support) to plea / request for your emails to be recovered from their backups. You may get lucky.

I deleted all my bookmarks from chrome accidently, i wish to restore all my bookmarks, i have around 2000 book marks

You should be able to see your hidden folder , so that you can see the Local settings folder.
For Xp user's, Go to : C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
For Vista user's, Go to : C:\Users\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
You can see a file named 'Bookmarks.bak' . May be you can make a backup copy of this folder for safety purpose, but it works out usually. Delete the file 'Bookmark' and rename the file 'Bookmarks.bak' to 'Bookmarks'.

Iwant to delete bookmarks

  1. 1Open your Mozilla Firefox browser.
  2. 2Select the "Bookmarks" button from the file bar.

  3. Scroll down to the bookmark you wish to delete. Scroll down to the bookmark you wish to delete.
  4. 4Hold your mouse over the bookmark you wish to remove and right click.
  5. From the drop-down menu that appears, select the Delete button. From the drop-down menu that appears, select the Delete button.
  6. 6Alternately, delete all bookmarks in Firefox by deleting the bookmark file from Mozilla Firefox's user profile folder. (Note - This method will not work on Firefox 3. The bookmarking system has been changed from that of previous versions) This varies on each PC since the profile folder name is a randomly generated name, but here's an example:

    C:\Documents and Settings\(your account name)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\f1f2f3f4f5.default\bookmarks.html

Losing important emails or accidentally deleting emailsthat you still need can be frustrating. Good news is that Yahoo! Mail providesways to retrieve deleted messages. In case your "Trash" folder isemptied, you can still recover deleted messages using Yahoo's"Restore" feature ? Log in to your Yahoo! Open the message and select the"Move" option in the Yahoo! mail toolbar. Select "Inbox" orany other existing folder into which you want to transfer the message. It willthen be immediately transferred to your chosen folder. ? Use the "Search" option atthe upper portion of the window if you do not want to browse through severaldeleted emails. Type the email address of the sender or other keywords relatedto the email message and click on "Search." ? Use the "Yahoo! MailRestore" feature to recover mails that have been deleted in the past 24hours. This is if your trash folder is empty and your deleted emails are nolonger available. Click on the "Help" button at the upper portion ofthe screen and then select "Help" once again from the options thatappear. ? Select "Emailing: TheBasics" from the list of "Help topics."
