Both hi and lo light flashing, unit will not go on (used twice)

I have 3 exact units of the SWM5750DN-WM also and after cleaning them and put away for the summer (used in Winter 2016), and taking them out now (Oct 2017) for use, and all 3 are blinking green lights! The manual doesn't even list the blinking lights as a troubleshooting info... This sounds like a common occurrence so you'd think Sunbeam should have that readily available!

Anybody have a solution? I can't believe they are this fragile??

Need help humidifier doesn't stay on

I've had this problem before and with mine, the issue is the water is not making its way into the correct reservoir on the bottom of the machine. With experimentation, I discovered that my tilting the machine slightly upwards on the righthand side corrects the problem (i.e. put something aprox. 3-5mm thick underneath the right side of the machine). You will hear that the water "move" to the left side of the machine and thus ensuring proper operations. I think this is a design flaw (for some machines) as clearly I have the same problem too.

Constant Red Light on Control Panel Circuit Board

The red light under the cover of the humidistat is fault light. This light typically indicates that there is an issue with your connection at the two wiring terminals labeled ODT on the humidistat. I would recommend checking to confirm that there is something currently connected to the two terminals. As a side note these two terminals can not be jumped out with a jumper, and must utilize either the outdoor temperature sensor (part 8052) or the manual mode resistor (part 4336).
