I could hear the person I call, but the person cannot hear me

Ensure you haven't muted your call. Press both volume buttons. If this doesn't work there may be a problem with your microphone. Also ensure your boom is fully extended.

I have a samsung hf 1000 which speaks to me in chinese but i need it in english, any ideas please?

I did this to my HF1000 Handsfree device this evening as I had mine in chinese language as well today.
Power up the unit the vioce will say power on, wait for silence then push and hold the Call button, the unit will speak the pairing instructions including the pair code of 0000. regardless of the language the voice will repeat the number four times, so even thought you might not understand it, you will hear the number repeat....
After a brief silence period, press and hold the call button again, the next announcement is the language selection menu. After the announcement press the Volume + (plus) button to change the langauge, this announcement is quite long. Wait for each announcement (they are maybe two full sentences long).

Press the plus (+) Volume button to again to change to the next language, wait the appropriate length of time and press the plus Volume key again, for the next language....

Chinese language is directly after English, and so you need to go throught the key press sequence about I think five times. English, then Chinese, Italian, Spanish then German, is the sequence I believe.

Hope this helps!

I have Samsung HF1000 bluetooth headset and I just replaced my phone. Unfortunately I do not remember the password and therefore I am not able to pair my new phone.

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

select voice tab in click on volume ,unmute all . increase all volume to high. close it.

then open your audio manager .increase play back volume and unmute all .
important :select default device (sound play back) .to your audio manager's default device . after apply all settings .click ok and close it. in sound and audio output. tick on "use only default devices". . do it and solve it

My H12 has no sound, it will answer but i cant hear anything. I've tried turning the volume up but its not working

In that case it could be as simple as needing a new little speaker. The one in there is probably high-quality, but you should be able to replace it with any little speaker-- say from a pair of headphones. I successfully repaired the same problem in my Jabra bluetooth using this method.
It could also be a radio problem, however. Bluetooth headsets allow you to talk at the same time as the other person, so they use two frequencies at once. It could be that there is something wrong with the transmitter, but I'm afraid repairing that is beyond my abilities.

I can hear but person can't hear me

While talking, turn up your volume on the headset. If this does not help return your bluetooth for defective voice pickup censer.

I can hear people talk but they can't hear me.

Sounds like this could be a volume control that might be on your PC and not the headset. Be sure all your levels are set correctly and all the correct audio hardware settings are in. Reason I say this is some sound cards and maybe even the drivers themselves might receive and play at a different volume than the transmit side of your Skype connection. Not sure but check to be certain.
