Have an ac company come out and do a full maintenance on your your system, call around and get the best quote so you do not get ripped off, this sound like low freon levels and if it is ow on freon the compressor will have a higher pitch to the hum

I have a Kawasaki GPX 600R there's some noise coming from the cam chain. Someone told me that a few gentle bangs on the tensioner would fix it. Is this true or its better to change the tension

how many miles, if cam chain they are about 80 quid maybe less or more, and this needs to be donwe right mate, or bent valves, it could be tensioner if low miles, so a billet one on ebay. they bolt on at the rear of the engine, low down the barrels external. a billet tensioner is about 50 quid, I might know someone who can make one, he does my suzuki ones, where are you. us uk?

My laptop keeps shutting donw after a short period of time and the cpu area is hot during this time. any help

Clogged heatsink and fan / copper radiator. You need to remove the CPU cover (if possible) and hoover around the fan area to remove dust and debris. You mat have to take it apart to get to the cooling parts though. IF you chosoe to remove the heatsink to clean thoroughly, remember to apply some CPU grease between the cpu and heatsink.

I have a whirring or griding in my drivetrain. I can coast donw a hill and let the engine idle and I still get the noise. It doesn't sound any different going around corners and gets louder as the speed...

this sounds like(no pun intended) you have a wheel hub bearing assembly failing. they will start a whirring or humming noise and then a growling or grinding noise the worse they get. from your description it is a rotational noise and gets louder and maybe a higher pitch as the vehicle speed increases. have this checked out right away so no further damage is done. they are not cheap assemblies as most GM and Saturn vehicles have the ABS sensor built into them(if your Vue has ABS).

I have a 99 chevy suburban and everytime i brake and let it go i hear a bid noise in the middle of the truck somewhere in the axle. or diferential people told me that its the differential moving and only...

You might try blocking the wheels so it won't roll and then put the transmission in neutral with the engine OFF. crawl under and try to turn the driveshaft. It should move a very little bit and not make any noise to speak of. If the shaft moves very much or clunks when you turn it back and forth you will probably have to replace the differential or have it rebuilt.

Whirlpool has water drip inside fridge

sounds like a drain clog in the freezer compartment above. remove the freezer rear panel and totally defrost the evaporator area, directly under the evap you see( under all taht ice) a small drain hole that has become frozen over, try defrosting with either a hair dryer( not a heat gun too much heat youl melt everything) or by pouring hot water donw the drain until you get a free flow of water down the tube. after its clear reassemble and you should be fine

Hi, the problem sounds to me like your CPU is overheating.
Have a look or have a technician look at the cooling fan and see if it is still working.
Most CPU's are set to shut down when over hot to prevent damage.
