Hello, more than likely it cracked the printed circuit board when it fell. If you look around the hi voltage transformer is the most likely candidate....tks

The HDMI connection to my TV is disconnected anytime a video finishes or the window is closed in full screen mode.

Sounds like You do not have the Current Drivers loaded for you're video card, Check with Manufacturers website. Is it AMD or Nvidia Graphics?
Both have a advanced video config Options for connecting to larger displays. If You're s does not have the Advanced Options then You're on board Video card is not capable of connecting properly and is working overtime to compensate through default procedures in Windows, Which If you're laptop does not have a fan to keep the SYSTEM cool You will end up with Damage to you're laptop

Hmmm, sleep/suspend mode is only supposed to happen when it doesn't sense any movement from the mouse, it also shouldn't suspend if you are in full-screen either. So if you are playing a game that shouldn't happen at all... as a test you should put the "turn off the display" to "never" and see if it still happens.
I have this happen when watching Netflix, if I don't move the mouse my TV will go into suspend mode, even though I am in full screen... I think my issue however is related to the fact that I am using HDMI to connect to my TV from my computer... I have not solved this issue yet!

The screen won't go back to full view it's more like a movie view.

Hi,I think the reason for that is your tv is in auto mode in aspect ratio setting. If its in auto mode it automatically fits the screen. For instance the show that you were watching prolly was not shot in widescreen mode. Try playing something that was shot in HD like some HD channel. Good luck.

My computer fell off a table

Since your computer fell off a table this is definately a hardware problem, something might have shifted inside and in this case I would not recommend that you open it to see what shifted.
I would recommend that you take it to a repair store for them to pull it and fix it for you. Sorry to hear.

Cable snapped out of back of tv?

Hello stacystea

Most likely your not going to be able to fix it most of the cables are soldered on and you'll have to know where it goes so if it just snapped out then you'll have to take it to someone who can fix it for you because also opening the tv could damage it more

Thanks
