The problem is with the print head and the , thin plastic signal cable that is attaches the print ahead to the printer. This part is not user replaceable and requires a technician to service the same.
As you have mentioned having run the HP diags. The test page , did it display yellow stripes or not.
Secondaly, if you have another computer at your place, or can check the printer on another system , it would help isolate the problem with the printer.

it seems there r some air in ur ink tube *** inser the priming heads & done the priming & reinstall the print heads if problem not resolved replace the carridge assembly,,,,,,,,,
