Question about Canon DC20 DVD Camcorder
When I am trying to take a picture by zooming the clarity goes for a toss. It started happening a week back only..before that the zoom was working fine. Any suggestion, what went wrong? What I can try or get changed?
Go here - http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=SupportDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=261&modelid=11817 - go down to search our knowledgebase - type in zoom - and you should be able to understand from there what you should do. You will find links to the manual and software for your product on the same link. Hope this helps solve your problem.
