Just bought a nviada geforce 550 gtx for my foxcon 6100M2MA-RSH2 mother broad when i boot my computer from the card it hangs at the bios splash screen i have a 500w psu and all the conneters, can any one...

I couldn't find the 6100M2MA-RSH2, I only found a 6100M2MA-RS2H, if that is the right one, you can download the manual for it here, that may help you with this procedure. (It should tell you which key gets into BIOS setup, and where to find the option to shut off your internal graphics card)
You may have to enter your BIOS setup and disable your on-board video (there is an article that gives you a general idea of how here). You'll need to take out your new graphics card and use the built-in one to disable it. Usually, the key to get into BIOS setup is F2, F10, sometimes F12 or Delete key, or maybe Esc while the computer is booting.
Look for an option for "On-board video" or something and disable it, save your changes and exit, shut off the machine, and put your new graphics card back in.

I can't get into my bios and dont have the cd.Im running windows xp pro on a foxcon lga775 via p4m800. Please help

LGA775 is a type of processor connection, which stands for Land Grid Array, this is also known as a "Socket T."
VIA P4M800 is your chipset.
I'm not sure why exactly you want to be into the BIOS (Basic Input Output System), but In order to do this you need to press one of the function keys at boot, like F2 or F6, or even the Del Key. I could tell you which key to press next time if you would supply me with the motherboard Make and Model number. Also it will tell you at the bottom the monitor when you power on, which key to press to get into the BIOS. Hope this is informative for you. Good luck.

I assume you have switched the monitor cable in the back to your video card before booting up. Also you must disable the onboard video and driver too by Start----->Control Panel----->System----->Hardware----->Device Manager and make sure the driver for the onboard video is disabled. You have to also change the BIOS settings by rebooting and pressing F4, F1, F2 or F6 (varies on computers) Once in BIOS, you have to use the arrow keys, Esc and Enter to navigate. Goto the Video Display options and change the onboard video to your new card 256 MB. Collow on screen promts to save it and reboot again. Should work now.
