Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: SCUNCI RECHARGEABLE CORDLESS SWEEPER

I bought the rechargable sweeper and it was missing a part. The 800# (866-917-6600) is defunct and Conair, who bought Scunci out, said the sweeper division had been out of business for a while now...guess we're all stuck!

Trying to get batterys for shark rechargable sweeper model #v1725QC 4.8Vdc I'am located in london ontario canada can I get batters locally?

I have a Shark Cordless Sweeper that needs a new battery too. (Model V1725QC 4.8V) I Googled around and finally gave up and phoned the number on the bottom of the Cordless Sweeper. No problem. The lady did ask me for the "DATE CODE" that is stamped in the silver part on the bottom of the sweeper. The number was 4608 (not easy to read). The battery cost is $16.95 and with Shippling the total came to $22.90. I should receive it in about 7-10 business days. It will be coming from Quebec to BC so that is the total Canadian Price. All model info is on the bottom. The Phone number is on the bottom of your Cordless Sweeper in white lettering on the black plastic towards the rear. The Phone Number is 1-800-798-7398. I hope this will help some other people. Just phone them - best to stick with the Shark Company batteries and they are not easy to find otherwise. No fuss, no muss when I called. No problem ... just gotta wait now. You can also try "www.sharkclean.com" ...

I have a Shark Euro Sweeper, and it doesn't hold it's charge. I only use it a matter of a few minutes and already the green light turns to orange. I was told it would hold a charge for 30 minutes. So...

I assume you've had the cleaner for a while and your battery is dying. Batteries can only be recharged a finite number of times and they also suffer from "memory loss" due to not being fully discharged before recharging.

Basically, you need a new battery. I'm not sure of your location, so I can't recommend a local supplier, however they are available from the manufacturer's website:

http://www.sharkclean.com/cgi-bin/livew/site.w?location=b2c/parts.w&itemCateg=01&frames=no&target=main&sponsor=000006

I can't give you a price as I don't know your exact model. but it should be about US$15-20. If you call the manufacturer, they may be able to give you details of a local supplier and an RRP.

Hope this helps.

You will need to find the correct model number though.
