My 7500 watt generator doesn't produce any power

If it has sat, it may have lost it's rotor residual magnetism. Disconnect the rotor field wires at the AVR or on the exciter/brushes. Note they are polaroty sensitive. Connect a 12V battery to F+ and F- (note polarity) and momentarilly power from the battery for a few seconds. DO NOT forget to disconnect the rotor/exciter field wires first or the voltage regulator will be damaged. If it hasn't sat check voltage regulator, rotor resistance, and stator resistance, and for shorts to ground.

How do i flash charge my 7500 watt generator

Remove the end case on the generator end, locate the brushes and also the wires going to the brushes. Crank the engine while measuring the voltage on the brushes, note which lead is B+. Disconnect the brush wires and isolate. To flash the rotor you will need a battery wires with an in line fuse, connect the wires noting B+ to the right brush where you measured earlier (polarity is critical) then toucj on the battery for approx 3 - 5 seconds, this will rebuild the field in the rotor. Disconenct and re-assemble brush wires. When you start generator do not add any load for a while, until the rotor field has chance to re-saturate

I own a 2004 Suzuki SV1000s sportbike. I removed the baffles from the exhaust and 4 weeks later it acts like there is some sort or govener that activates when I rev it anything ovver 7500 rpm

If this happened 4 weeks after you removed the baffles, then i doubt your problem has anything to do with that.
Check some other things first, clean your air filter, and check your spark plugs, they may be worn out or fouled.
Mabey drain the carbys also?
good luck

Common problem is broken alternator drive, remove it from rear of moter and it will look likew broken rubber, about eight quid to fix,if ok then voltage regulator is also common suzuki problem and cheaper to fit aftermarket one which dont burn out!

Generator runs, but does not generate electricity

Reset / tickled? There are resistors and diodes in the end of the alternators rotor (the bit in the middle that spins) If these look ok visually then change the capacitor which is a barrel shaped object usually with 4 prongs on the end. Without a capacitor the genset will not produce a voltage.
