Hey there, welcome to Fixya! The above answers were pretty helpful, did you fix your problem with them? Did you check the manual for further instructions? You can find a PDF copy here: Bosch Classixx 5 Manual
You can reset the error code by the follow steps. Turn the knob to the off or reset position, 12 o'clock. Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position. Press and hold the spin button and while holding the spin button turn the knob to the 7 o'clock position. Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds then release the spin button and now turn the knob to off When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code.
I had F63 on Bosch washing machine (Maxx 7).
I waited 5 days for a repairman and all he did was reset the washing machine processor, like this:
1. Turn the program knob to 6 o'clock
2. Hold the RPM button
3. While the RPM button is held, turn the program knob 1 click clockwise (to Rinse)
4. Release the RPM button.
This is similar to F21 which also happened to my machine.
Apparently both errors are related to power surge/power cut.
