Fujitsu a/c outdoor model number AOTG12LVC indoor unit economy light flashing continuously, operation light single flash, timer light single flash this sequence repeats

Serial communication error. This means that the indoor unit is not communicating with the outdoor unit usually because the outdoor unit is faulty. You can check the indoor unit by switching it to 'fan' mode and seeing if all functions work normally (fan speed, louvers move as directed). If it responds normally, then it's probably ok so you can turn your attention to the outdoor unit. A common problem with the outdoor controllers is that they are susceptible to bugs, geckos, etc. shorting them out which will mean replacement of the board.

What does 3 green led flashes in sequence, operation led off mean on Fujitsu ASTA09LCC aircond

This means a "Serial reverse transfer error during the operation"
Diagnosis:
When the indoor unit does not receive the signal for 10 consecutive seconds during the operation
>Permanent stop after 30seconds.
[Diagnosis Point]
Check the indoor /outdoor cable connection (in order). If the cable wiring is not abnormal, measure the voltage of the outdoor
unit terminals and diagnose the defective location.
(Refer to the after mentioned [Serial Signal Diagnosis] for the voltage measuring method and diagnosis method.)

This is generally caused by a faulty controller board in the outdoor unit. Often they are shorted out by geckos or bugs but sometimes a power surge.

Air conditioner fan is blowing but not air coming

If you mean that your OUTDOOR AIR CONDITIONER FAN MOTOR is blowing AND no air is coming out of the vents within your house, it clearly indicates to me that 1 of 2 things are wrong.

Either (1) your INDOOR AIR HANDLER is NOT running or (2) the INDOOR AIR HANDLER is running but your PLENUM has come apart.

If your INDOOR AIR HANDLER UNIT is NOT running, it could simply be the circuit breaker is OFF/TRIPPED and simply needs to be turned OFF; then turned ON. If that does not FIX your problem, then it is most likely your 5 micro-farad run capacitor for your indoor fan motor needs to be replaced. It will prevent your indoor fan motor from energizing. Worst case scenario would be your INDOOR FAN MOTOR has windings burnt and needs to be replaced. If your indoor air handling unit is equipped with a CONDENSATE VALVE CUT-OFF SWITCH, check to see if your drain pan is filled, thus energizing the switch. If the CONDENSATE VALVE CUT-OFF SWITCH is ENERGIZED, it will prevent the AIR HANDLER FROM energizing. That is the design and the reason for this valve.

Good luck.

Heil epm36f19a1 runs but no heat

Fan relay is stuck among other things. The thermostat turns on the combustion air fan and puts power to the spark unit. If the burner comes on after the temperature in the heat exchanger rises the indoor fan will then come on. After the thermostat comes to temperature the power to the gas valve which shuts off the burner. Then after the heat exchanger cools a bit the indoor fan will stop. That's the sequence of events. look at the switches that control the fans. There is a wiring diagram somewhere on one of the panels that access the unit for service.

The thermostat clicks but nothing else happens, no a/c will come out or no heat [I tried both]

(I have this model at my home). If you switch it over to emergency heat and nothing comes out then check the breakers behind the panel for the air handler (inside unit)
There may be other issues, mine had a sequencer which had come apart. The newer
sequencers have a retainer clip to prevent this. It is located under the galvanized cover inside the indoor unit next to the transformer.

Also check the breakers at the main panel (there should be two double breakers, one should be a 20 to 25 amp for the outside unit and the other should be around 70 amps for the indoor unit). Fully reset them after performing checks described later. .
If your outdoor condensor compressor is failing (as mine did), it will trip the smaller breaker, if your indoor unit has a short or other problem it will trip either the 50 or the 70 amp breaker. Make sure you turn off all breakers before inspecting.

One last thought, if your thermostat has battery backup and the transformer has failed, you will still hear the click but nothing will operate
since the 24 volt transformer operates both the indoor and outdoor units.
It is located under the galvanized cover inside the indoor unit.
(I would suspect this if all else appears normal with no breakers tripped). A universal transformer is around 8 to 12 dollars make sure to use the 240 volt wire and the COM
when installing it. (there are several wires for various input voltages on the primary).
they are available at any HVAC parts store. Power off to all sources before repairs.

Need set up manual for The Weather Channel indoor outdoor thermometer model #WS-7034TWC-IT

The manual for the thermometer is available on the LaCrosse site: http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/7034twcit/index.php . The direct link is http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/7034twcit/manual.pdf .

Put the batteries in the remote(s) first. (If you need to reset the units, pull the batteries from the indoor temperature sensor and the remotes for 10 minutes before restarting.) With the remotes and indoor sensor 3 to 5 feet apart, put the batteries in the indoor temperature sensor. Then wait 10 minutes before pressing any buttons. Once you have confirmed communication between the units, then move the remotes to their final location (not more than 330 feet away minus 30 feet for external walls or windows and 20 feet for each internal wall between the units.)

I hope this helps.

I put new fan motor or heat pump now runs all time and doesat seem to heat well but line set going into a coil infurnace is hot

I would check the fan relay and especially the sequencer. I recently came across a problem with an older sequencer which had come partially apart and allowed the thermo disk to keep the fan running continuously. The sequencer controls not only the fan relay (24 volt), but the heating strips(220 volt) as well. Make sure all power is off to the unit and verify. Make a wiring diagram and take several pictures if necessary. Replace sequencer with only an Identical unit, even if you have to order it. The newer sequencers have two metal straps to prevent this problem from occurring.

A/c shut down /how to reseset

Reset the power with a 5 min gap on the outdoor isolator and indoor isolator (if applicable) then return with any fault codes/light flashing sequences which will be the fault coce, if it occurs again :)

Intermatic timer turns on but not off

Make sure you have the on/off sequence far enough apart. The manufacturer has a minimum for each model. Also, turn it through by hand to make sure the off flag is actually reaching the internal switch.
