Question about Pentair Pool & Spa
This is an indication of a bad water sensor. It also tells me that the pressure switch may be bad because if it is working then the light on the panel will light up telling you that the spa water is heating.

If you have drained the spa latly and refilled you could have an air lock keeping the heater dry. Simpley find the drain valve under the spa and open it till it run's water. This should help the problem by letting the pressure even in the pipeing and flooding. Good luck.

It sounds like your circulation pump is not keeping up with the heater. Check for debris in the pump impeller. If this is 24 hour circulation pump, it is probably failing. New units are about $200 US
