There are two ways of charging that speakers:

1.Through computer by USB cable.
2.Through AC Adapter.

Try to charge through both ways If in both cases the charging light is not showing than there is definitely some internal damage.

If U Charger The Jam 2 When It's On Low Battery In The Outlet and And The Red Light Doesn't Show What Should I do?

Doesn't sound like it's charging. Have you checked the charging pin to Mack sure it's intact. Try another micro usb charging cord too,!

Battery light indicates its not charging

Back to the shop. Or look in the manual. Next time you better place a problem like this in the category audio, or speakers. It accedentely? is between Digital camera's.

How does the charge indicator work-- after the charger light has gone to a steady green light when ~I disconnect and switch on the indicater shows an almost continuous red line across the display

You are fully charged. As you use up your charge the red line will get smaller from right to left and when you get down to 2-3 lights you need to recharge. If you use your scooter daily then recharge every night plug in when you goto bed unplug in the morning and you are good to go. if you do this the batteries should last ya 2-3 years. Hope this helps
