personally I used another not so valuable CD to push the jammed CD back, it appears the ejected CD may bump the open exit gate and get stalled. It has happened several times. Good luck

Seems you have mechanism problem with CD changer. Firstly, need to taken out your CD changer and remove your jammed CD. Clean and check the mechanisms.
Then re-try your CD.

I have a 2002 honda accord with the 6 disc cd changer. I beleve the cd changer has jamed and have lost power to the CD player. When I press the CD button it wont recognise the player. Any suggestions
Remove the cd player, or have a best buy installastion center do it. The cd can only be removed with the deck out of the dash, if it's jammed that bad.
It sounds like the cd tray has been forced shut and has been damaged when you got the CD's out. If it was me I would of unscrewed the casing and retrieved the CD's that way instead of trying to force the try open which I'm assuming you have done.
It could just be a simple matter of just slightly adjusting the internal CD mechanism so that it can open and close properly without jamming. The error message comes up because the tray cant eject properly. The worse case scenario is that the CD mechanisam would need to be replaced. Not a hard job for a service engineer, if you dont fancy taking the thing apart yourself then a service centre is your best bet.
hi make sure that you cart is inserted all the way in, push the eject button why hitting the mag with the handle of ascrew driver. this may dislodge the jammed arm/lever. otherwise its down to your repair agent.
