Ever limit switch i changed in my Weatherking furnace, it breaks the switch, what could cause this?

You need the model number of the furnace to determine what the flashing light is telling you. Many times the part that looks to be at fault is not the true fault in the furnace. A slow running blower could cause the limit switch to trip. The circuit board tells you that the limit tripped, but the real cause is the motor or clogged filter.

Is it cost effective to replace draft inducer blower on 22 year old furnace?

Depends on the cost to repair. Probably a 22 year old furnace is not very efficient also. Take every thing into consideration.
If it still works it may work for a while but you don't want a break down in the middle of winter.

My gas pack won't light

First, the thermostat white wire is the wire that initiates the furnace to start. When you select heat on your thermostat the tech should get a 24-28 volts between the white wire and common on the thermostat wire in the furnace. If you do not get the required voltage, there is a break in the wire from the furnace to the thermostat that needs to be tracked down and eliminated.

Bought a thermostat . installed it and the furnace fan will not shut down

You probably have a pair of wires for the fan and a second pair for the furnace. The thermostat should make and break the connection to the fan to turn it on and off and make/break the connection to the furnace. You should have looked at how they were connected to the old one and labeled them. You will probably have to open the furnace to see which wire goes to what. If you get the fan wired correctly the thermostat should work.

I have an amana furnace and it will not kick on. When the switch is turned on the furnace will try to run but won't warm up and blow. Does it have a pilot light?? or a reset button??

Try this----turn furnace off at stat and unplug furnace for 10 minutes. Plug it back in, the combustion and blower motor may both kick on for 2 minutes or so or not. Turn t-stat to heat and turn up stat to highest setting. Hurry out to furnace and you should hear the combustion motor(little motor piped to flue) kick on, then wait for a "click" next you should see a glow from the igniton element, then another click, next will be the gas valve opening. If no ignition, it will try 3 times and then lock ur *** out, and just turn on the blower just as a precaution. If you dont see the glow plug glowing after the first click, replace the $20 glow plug and you should be good to go. The glow plugs crack, and this is what breaks the connection. If you gas valve has a knob, and says pilot----turn the valve to pilot, push down on the knob, light the pilot and hold down knob for 2 minutes to heat up flame sensor. Make sure the t-stat is all the way down or off. After 2 minutes of holding pilot knob down, let go and your pilot should be still lit, if it is, then turn gas valve to ON and then turn t-stat up to kick on furnace. If ur pilot doesn't stay lit, get a new thermal couple and replace it-$12 bucks. Good luck and let me know how it went. azeddysac@yahoo.com

Sequencers keep breaking down on RUUD heat pump

the control voltage for the sequencer should be 24 volts. that needs to be checked. also the sequencer is a switch that allows current to pass through them and are rated at particular volts and amps. If you are having and overcurrent situation, then it may burn them up. this one is tricky because and overcurrent should burn up the fusable links at your heating elements first. I would have these voltages checked and make sure only one sequencer per heating element. the low voltage side may be wired in series but the line voltage should be parallel or not sharing the 240 volts
