Go to dewalt.com and select your country from the drop down menu. On the regional DeWalt website there should be a dealer locator link. Pop the requested details in there and it should give you details of your nearest parts supplier.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I think that model is on a ring internally so there isnt a way to do like the bigger ones, you would have to take the screws out and take in half and you will the the brushes and can replace.

You have to remove the black cap on the back of the tool (item 4) and I believe you may also have to remove the back part of the switch handle (item 3). Here is a parts diagram so you can see where the brushes are located.

The brush holders & brushes for your DC825 are only sold as an assembly and the left and right sides are different; Dewalt part number 640550-00 for the left, 640555-00 for the right. They are accessable only by splitting the clamshell and easy to replace once you get to them.

I have a DeWalt DW927 cordless drill. It's lost

the brush assembly slides out of the back of the motor. I suggest going to Dewaltservicenet.com and downloading a breakdown for this tool before starting. I don't think that the brushes are going to be your only problem though.
