Question about Washing Machines
Washer not getting hot
The hot water supply line could be obstructed by a clogged filter screen. Turn off the water supply, disconnect the supply hose at the rear of the washer, and there should be a screen filter just inside the connector. Clean it with a stiff toothbrush.

If your washer will wash (agitate) your clothes but does not spin well, you will need to replace the "thrust bearing" in the washer. The repair is simple and will only take you a short to do. Here is a link to the "thrust bearing kit" you will need.

I've had the spin problems with this nodel also. It would spin but not at high speeds leaving the clothes wet. Replacing the thrust washer kit still did ot fix the problem. After checking the high speed curcuit it was found that the contacts in the fimer were burnt and lacked follow. Adjusting the spring slightly and cleaning the contacts fixed the spinning problem but introduced minor timing issues. Finally, I replaced the timer and the washer was spining at hiper speed.
