Does a 2011 caddyTDi250 1.6 ltr need the gearbox oil changed when the vehicle has its regular service?its 5 speed manual gearbox, and is there a filter to be changed?

No but check with the dealer or your service/owner manual for the manufacturer recommended gearbox oil change periods.
There is no filter on the manual gearbox .
Whatever the manufacturer recommended period is for a gearbox oil change, change the gearbox oil twice as frequently as recommended to maintain it in good condition. If, for example, a change every 50000 miles is stipulated then do it every 25000 or so.

How to change gearbox oil for CF Moto V5

Most modern motorcycles don't have separate gearbox oil.
The gearbox is lubricated by the engine oil hence the reason for regular oil and filter changes to be made following the manufacturers recommendations.

What will make my 2001 honda rancher 350 blow oil out of the engine vent tube?

Compression, getting past the piston rings, is what actually forces the oil out. But fuel is in the compression blowby right along with air as the compression goes into the gearbox. The fuel mixes with the gearbox oil and actually increases the amount of fluid in the gearbox. Too much oil/gas in the gearbox puts the "oil" level much closer to the vent and promotes the oil leak. The proper fix is to do a top end job costing around $750 at the shop. The ******* way is to change the oil more frequently and maintain the proper oil level between oil changes. The cost of oil should be a bit less than the cost of a top end job..

Bike was running great then it started to studdering.brought it home looked at then noticed that the air box was full of gas and oil. why?

Some compression from the engine is getting past the rings and into the gearbox. With the compression comes some unburned fuel. The fuel mixes with the gearbox oil and increases the oil level in the gearbox. Now the "oil-gas" level is very close to the vent hose on the top of the gearbox. Remember that compression going into the gearbox? It now carries bits of oil-gas into the vent hose. Where does the vent hose vent to? The air box. The "low cost-getting by" remedy is to do an oil change, clean the air box, install a clean air filter and then do more frequent oil changes in the future. The proper fix is to do an expensive top end job on the engine. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

Just need diagram on how to change transmission fluid

The VL1500 has a integral gearbox, it uses the same oil supply as the engine. Once you drain the engine oil you will be changing the gearbox oil. Suzuki's are not like Harley's with a seperate gearbox, also it will pay to use a good quality oil filter.

Here is a link to a step by step instructions on how to change the gearbox oil. If you don't want to change it, go to the refill portion of the instructions.
Fill it until the gear oil starts to run out of the fill hole.

Gearbox oil change

There should be a drain plug either on the bottom of the gearbox or on the side of the gearbox at the bottom. Put in fresh 10w40 motor oil. There will be an oil fill screw either on the left or right side of the gearbox case.

Well, I'm not sure. Try changing the gearbox oil and try again. I saw on the other postings that most Audi gearbox problems pointing to a gearbox swap can be solved through oil change. I just had mine changed and it has reduced sluggishness and shuddering at low temperatures (from cool engine). It's a special gearbox oil you need to get from Audi, by the way.
