I just got this machine was doing great...started doing an embroidery of star large hoop...added lettering to bottom...machine jammed...and i had to take off the cover for bobbin to take it all apart...well the screw on the front of the bobbin case which has two pieces that go on it ...well they came apart and i am not sure how to put these back in there...help...i need a diagram of the bobbin case assembly so i can put this back together...thank you...and have a great day...justme wynn
Then I turned the embroidery feeddog to straight stitching and back to embroidery. Put the embroidery unit back together. Turned off the machine and turned it back on. Then the lights stopped blinking and I was ready to embroidery. But the problem does not stop here. The timing is now off and I have researched how to correct the timing to save myself another bill that I just had on my new machine of $89.00....Hope this helps.

This can happen, click back to tools option check whether hoops selection is correct. If this is not the problem, off your machine then put on again. If message remain pull out the embroidery carriage & push in again. Hope it can work. In jam situation, just exit from your embroidery option, fix the jam by moving the embroidery carriage, work on a different design and see if it work. Sometime a design may not work fully.
Had the same problem. Singer rep. solved this mystery in just min. after talking to her.
You can call singer company at 1-800-4SINGER. It will take a long time to get through, but they can talk you thru to resolve this matter. Or just visit singerco.com and go to F&Q section, #7 question.
Or you can email email@example.com (that's talk to us @ ...)
They answered my email the same day!
Hope this helps!
I decided to simply start from the beginning and start all over. I turned off the machine, detached the embroidery unit and blew into the sensor (where the machine and embroidery unit connect). I'm not sure what the problem was, but it was fine after that! Just goes to show that no matter how frustrating things can be, it pays to just take a moment and start over!!
Wow, I finally get to have a solution.
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Remove the hoop.
3. CAREFULLY slide the bar on the embroidery unit to the left.
4. CAREFULLY slide the piece where the hoop attaches toward you.
5. Turn on the sewing machine. The machine should take the unit to "standby" with a click.
6. Attach the hoop with the power on.
7. Exit the Futura software.
8. Restart the software.
This "should" fix the problem, however, you may have to repeat this process more than once to get it to "stick".
It may be faster and easier to contact your local Singer dealer, or Singer HQ in your country........they will want you to have a good experience with their product, even if it was second hand.....if there is a problem with the machine, they may even suss it over the phone for you.
hyperfont is a disc that you put into your pc which lets you use
the font (letters you type on your computer in windows true type)to be transfered to you'r embroidery machine and sewing on to
a garment, you can change the size make it Bold, Italic,Regular
The size depends on the size of your embroidery hoop.
Dear Netter -
I too have a CE-200 Quantum Futura Sewing/Embroidery Machine. I have run into similar problems. I have tried the various things suggested: remove hoop, turn off machine, turn on machine, replace hoop. However, often the carriage does not return to the initial location (carriage all the way to the left, mounting plate all the way to the bottom, closest to the user).
I have found that with the gradual application of force, I can pull the mounting plate all the way to the bottom of the carriage. I turn off the machine before I do this. I have not tried to move the carriage to the right or left; I have not had to. Sometimes when I turn the machine on, it beeps steadily (more than the usual 3 or so complaints). But when I turn it off and on again, eventually it is ready to continue embroidery.
By doing this, I may be causing damage to the machine or making the warranty void. If you do it, you may face the same problems. Or it may make your machine into an expensive paperweight.
I can't offer you a complete solution for your problem, but I hope this helps.
