SOURCE: Re: 10H hydropower, pilot has

Hello. Use a small stiff brush and a vacuum cleaner with hose to thoroughly clean the entire mechanical area of the water heater. Then go through the steps to light it once again.

Many times a little dust is the problem with these heaters. If the cleaning does not solve the problem the next step is to change the thermocouple. This is a common item available at any hardware store. Joe

SOURCE: bosch 10h dosent want to ignite and heat anymore

Hi,
The unit is plugged up with mineral buildup from the water going through it... it will need to be cleaned internally....this is done by running an acid solution through it to clean out the mineral buildup...

Then it will work again...

Need help with Bosch hydropower 13h tankless hot water system

when you turn on the hot water tap there is a pressure switch in the line that sends a signal to a gas solenoid to pass the gas and at the same time to the pizo to start the flame
I would have that pressure switched checked as it may be sticking ( internal contamination) or have dirty corroded points
as gas is involved I would suggest a gas technician do the jib
when you turn off the tap, that pressure switch is shut off so the gas is turned off at the solenoid and the pizo is stopped.

Hydrapower 10h -pilot lights but gas wont light only lights when I tap the pilot tube. Then works for a while and reverts to not lighting the gas again

First suspect is air in gas line or dirty combustion parts.
Typical gas water heaters today suggest cleaning burner parts yearly, including bleeding air out of gas line.
Use a burner brush to clean tubes:

Other suspect could be faulty wiring or bad gas valve.

I have a 16h Bosh hydropower hot water heater . The unit suddenly has no spark .I have taken off the little generater cap and thouroughly cleaned it and the internal turbine . With no improvement . All...

sounds like the generator has packed up. check water flow and clean any filters on the water line. you will need a service agent to check milli volts on generator and power pack

I have a 10H hydro power. there is not enough pressure to start the turbo with the gravety feed. do you have any advise other than apresure pump.

if you can disconnect the main line going to the heater easily try attaching a smaller line that might provide enough pressure. this is just an idea if its easy to do try it. how much pressure do you need?? to run the heater.

Low Water Pressure Gas System but High Pressure when Solar Water

if you have a gate valve on the unit from the hot water tank it could be as simple as the valve on the gas system being clogged going to that bathroom,, from how it is described it sounds like that would be the problem check to make sure all valve are not stuck in the on position ans change the valve if it is frozen in place

I have a 2nd hand Bosch HydroPower LPG hot water system and am trying to find a manual. do you have one or is it pretty straighforwward in terms of installation? Mike

I have just dug my manual out (16H) because mine is faulty. email me and I will photocopy it at work this week and email it back to you.

Installation should be pretty straightforward and the manual's not that in depth. There are however some sections on adjusting the gas and the like that you might want to read over.
