Question about Huawei Premia 4G
Try performing a factory reset through the service menu, If it's still under warranty then you're in luck. If its out of warranty then you're like me trying to also find someplace to JTAG Huawei devices anywhere in North America.

It seems that your firmware has got corrupted (if the battery is fine). Check the battery first. If found OK then re-install the firmware. If the battery is gone then replace the battery. I feel the battery may be fine.
