Problem for Toshiba SD-V394 DVD Player / VCR Combo
Toshiba V394 combo often will not rewind without repeated tries

Toshiba DVD Video Player & Video CVassette Recorder SD-V394SU
does not rewind video cassettes correctly; I tryu bnoth remote rewind and rewind button on the unit. It is reluctrant to rewind at all. I keep trying. It will sometimes rewind perfectly but more often it takes many tries to get it to rewind, and then it often rewinds ins egmants and stops. I have studied the manual. I use a vidio cleaner regularly. Help please. Thanks.
