Question about BenQ DC C500 Digital Camera
While the USB was connected i accidentally ejected the memory card from my benq DC C500 then the display went off just the green lamp remained there after when i try to turn on the cam only the green light comes on and stay lighted but my display doesnot come on,
Make sure to remove the battery first ... make sur your camera has a full battery charge ... then select "MENU" scroll through options until you find "FORMAT". This will re-set all your settings back to factory settings ... you will lose any saved pictures on the internal memory only. ALSO when your camera light goes on try to hit the PREVIEW OR EDIT SElection. I* cant see how the memory card being removed would cause your display to permently be damaged. You can also try to connect your USB/AV port. Use your A/V cable with the two input connections to a TV to see if it is putting out an image. Hope all goes well
