While updating n 70 dead
I am sorry to hear that it's dead while updating. This particular issue is called "updated failure" and there's one and only one way to fix it. Your only choice is to Flash it, means to reinstall the operating system of the mobile, but unfortunately, it's not possible from user end since we don't have the specific tools like hardware, data cable and software packages to do this. We call the software "Nokia Mobile Flashing Software" and there are few hardwares, like UFS Box and Jaf Box. This are available at Local Mobile Repair Shops and at Nokia Cares. Some private professionals might also have this tools, but for ordinary users, it's not available since we need training on how to use the software and the hardware.
Please find a local Mobile Repair Shop or a Nokia Care nearby your location and get their help, they will charge you the required for the flashing and the service, but I can guarantee you that if it was actually dead while updating, your phone will definitely work again.
This is a common issue when there's connection problem, internet failure, or etc.. Nokia Update Manager downloads the files to be updated to the phone directly from the Internet as update runs, and if there's any interruption or any communication failure between the Phone and the Computer, the update will fail and the phone will be dead, means "Update Failure". But hopefully, there's a chance since the phone was running without any hardware problem before you did the update.
If you need further help, let me know.
Thanks for using FixYa.
